Billing Management - Individual Plans

TeamDay offers Individual plan that can be purchased in iOS native app as apple subscription. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about billing management in iOS native app. To purchase Team or Individual Plan plan on web, please, go to Team plans section.

Managing Your Billing Settings

1. Access Settings via hamburger menu
   • Click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the TeamDay and select "Settings"
   
2. Navigate to Billing Portal
   • Select "Billing" to access billing portal.
   
3. Purchase your plan
   • Select "Purchase" to purchase your individual plan on weekly basis.
   

Important Information

• If you want to convert your individual organization to team organization, please, cancel your subscription on iOS native app and purchase team plan on web.
• If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle with the option to reactivate subscription in subscription section in Billing portal.
• You can manage your subscription only on platform where you purchased it (web or iOS native app).
• You can purchase subscription in iOS native app only for one organization due to apple subscription policy. To purchase subscription for another organization, please, use web platform.
