Billing Management
TeamDay makes it easy to manage your subscription, team member roles, and payment methods. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about billing management to keep your team running smoothly.
Managing Your Billing Settings
- Access Settings via hamburger menu
- Click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the TeamDay dashboard and select "Settings"
- Navigate to Admin Portal
- Select "Admin Portal" to access billing and role management settings
- Explore Admin Portal Features
- The Admin Portal lets you manage subscriptions, browse available plans in the marketplace, and adjust team member roles
- You can also switch between spaces, create new ones, or invite team members using the buttons above the section tabs
- Let's start by managing team member roles, which affects your subscription pricing
- Manage Team Member Roles
- View and modify roles for all members in your current space
- Team Day offers two role types:
- 'Billing Admin Role': Just access to admin portal (non-billable)
- 'Standard Role': App platform access but disallowed to access admin portal (billable)
- Note: Space creators automatically receive the permanent Billing Admin Role
- Upgrade your plan
- Click "Marketplace" to view available subscription plans
- Select plan by clicking "Upgrade" button
- Review your subscription details in the checkout sidebar, including user count and pricing
- Complete the payment process with your billing information
- After completing the payment, you will be redirected to the subscription section
- Note: Don't worry if you see 'No active subscription' in the subscription section. Just wait for a while and refresh the page. Subscription activation may take a few moments to process in some cases.

Important Information
- If your team needs higher plan, you can upgrade your plan easily in admin portal - marketplace section. Cost of plan will be adjusted in next billing cycle with regard to previous paid plan.
- If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle with the option to reactivate subscription in subscription section in admin portal.
